Force Kite and Wake in Mount Pleasant S.C. is now offering gear rental packages. The last time I flew with my Kiteboarding travel bag it cost me $100 USD each way. One of the days on my vacation I didn’t have a small enough kite and missed 2 sessions when a foil or light wind board would have been perfect. Imagine coming to the Charleston area and having access to all our latest Kiteboarding gear and having the perfect set up no matter what the conditions. We are on Ben Sawyer blvd right on the way down to kite beach here on Sullivans Island, and only 30 minutes from Folly beach. Fly before you buy! You have 14 days from the date of purchase to make sure what you ordered from Force Kite & Wake is right for you. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange it for the right size. Your choice. We will return/refund the full amount you paid less the shipping & 15% restocking fee. Some exceptions apply.
Since we will be reselling what you returned, the product needs to be new and with the original tags or packaging. You are responsible for return shipping and any damage that might occur on the way back. Pack it with LOVE like we do.

ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories.
Do not mark or deface the original manufacturer containers in any manner.
Refunds will only be made via the method in which the order was paid.
We strongly suggest sending returns insured for the full value and with a tracking number to insure a full and prompt refund.
If merchandise is damaged due to improper packing or packaging, refund or exchange may not be given per Force Kite & Wake's discretion.
All shipping charges will be refunded for product shipped in our error.
Returned items that were shipped with a free shipping promotion will be credited less the original shipping cost.
When will I receive my refund?
Credits will be issued after we receive, inspect and process your return, which can take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. Credit card refunds can take up to 72 hours to reflect on your bank statement.
Defective product issues should be taken up with the manufacturer, but we are happy to provide you with their contact information. In most cases, a company will replace a product if there is a defect. Force Kite & Wake does not provide any sort of a warranty on the everyday wear and tear associated with the use of the kite and board products and clothing we sell.
