Looks like this kite has never been flown. If it has been in the air, then it must have been once or twice without getting wet. Although this is an older model, it is still a great all rounder and excellent kite for a beginner at an unbelievable price point. Kite holds air and has looks and feels like a new kite.
The NV was built on a hybrid-delta platform, making it highly forgiving for progression.
- Jumping & Boosting: The kite generates great vertical lift and provides a surprisingly floaty, predictable boost in the air.
- Depower & Wind Range: Depower is smooth and progressive. However, compared to 5-strut alternatives, you will notice a slightly narrower ultimate wind range, though it matches up well against other standard 3-strut freeride kites.
- Unhooked & Freeride: The NV delivers solid, explosive pop and handles gusty conditions well, making it stable whether you are hooked in or unhooked.
