You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make sure what you ordered from Force Kite & Wake is right for you. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund, store credit or exchange it for the right size. Your choice.

Since we will be reselling what you returned, the product needs to be new and have the original tags or packaging. You are responsible for return shipping and any damage that might occur on the way back. Pack it with LOVE like we do.

Important Qualifiers
- ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories.
- Do not mark or deface the original manufacturer containers in any manner.
- Refunds will only be made via the method in which the order was paid.
- We strongly suggest sending returns insured for the full value and with a tracking number to insure a full and prompt refund.
- If merchandise is damaged due to improper packing or packaging, a refund or exchange may not be given per Force Kite & Wake's discretion.
- All shipping charges will be refunded for products shipped in our error.
- Returned items shipped with a free shipping promotion will be credited less than the original shipping cost.
When will I receive my refund?
Credits will be issued after we receive, inspect, and process your return, which can take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. Credit card refunds can take up to 72 hours to reflect on your bank statement.
Defective product issues should be addressed by the manufacturer, but we are happy to provide you with their contact information. In most cases, a company will replace a product if there is a defect. Force Kite & Wake does not provide any sort of a warranty on the everyday wear and tear associated with the use of the kite and board products and clothing we sell.
