Duotone eMast Assist Set D/Lab 84 is the lightest, stiffest mast in the entire Foil Assist lineup — the setup Duotone builds when nothing but the best will do. Built from High Modulus carbon at 84cm, it delivers a slim, low-drag profile with exceptional rigidity, so turns stay precise and playful even as speeds climb.

The motor pod is molded directly into the mast profile, sitting just 17cm below the top plate, with internally routed cables that keep the whole package clean and low-drag through touchdowns. A two-blade folding propeller unfolds instantly off the integrated gear system, so you get a smooth transition the moment you kick out of a wave and power back in. Driven by a high-torque motor producing up to 33kg of thrust, it gets you flying sooner on smaller foils and boards, with sharper response and more control in marginal conditions.

The D/LAB mast uses a 3BS connection at the base plate, compatible with Duotone foils and, with the specially designed fuselage, Armstrong foils as well. It mounts to any brand's foilboard with standard US foil tracks. For best battery performance, pair it with a front wing of at least 900cm² and a board with a minimum volume of 35L.
