DESCRIPTION FROM ION

2026 ION Riot Curv Kite Waist Harness

The ION Riot Curv is ION's high-support hardshell kite waist harness, built for riders who want maximum back support and control without feeling locked up. Pro riders Matchu Lopes and Noè Font trust it for hard, progressive riding.

For 2026, ION redesigned the 3D-molded CURV® shell. The center of the shell is stiff for solid back support, while the sides are more flexible so the harness wraps naturally around your body. ION rates it at a Flex Index of 14, a balance of stiffness and freedom of movement.

Comfort and Fit

Inside, Hyper_Foam gives an ergonomic, cushioned fit without soaking up water, so the harness stays light all session. An internal Flex_Belt closure pulls the harness snug around your waist, and the Ergo_Pad adds lumbar support. A 3D version of ION's PLUS_Spine adds even more back support and helps keep the harness from riding up.

Spectre Bar 2 Included

The Riot Curv comes as a complete set with ION's Spectre Bar 2, a slim, lightweight spreader bar with a carbon-infused base plate for even load distribution and direct control.
