ION Element 4/3 Back Zip Wetsuit

The ION Element 4/3 Back Zip is a full wetsuit for cooler spring, fall and winter sessions. The Element line is ION's best-value range, but it borrows several features from ION's more technical suits, so you get a soft, stretchy and durable wetsuit at an entry-level price.

It uses 4mm neoprene in the core for warmth and 3mm in the arms and legs for flexibility. ION rates it for water temperatures of roughly 13-18°C (55-64°F).

Warmth and Comfort

Silk_Stuff lining on the upper body feels smooth on your skin and adds stretch through the shoulders. Hot_Stuff 2.0, the stretchiest thermal lining in ION's range, adds warmth while staying flexible.

Built to Last

Critical seams are reinforced for durability, and the back zip makes the suit easy to get in and out of. An internal Water_Gate neoprene panel seals behind the zip to limit flushing. Element back zip suits also add shin protection pads and detachable leg loops that help stop water rushing up the legs.
