This is it. Time to put all of the skills together. The advanced wing foil lesson is where we will use the wing to generate enough speed to get on the foil with a higher-volume wingfoil board. 

Our lesson will be watercraft supported. This will allow you to maximize your time on the water, and concentrate on your progression. Your coach will guide you every step of the way.
