The Element sets the standard in comfort, durability, and ergonomic support. Through extensive research into alignment and the natural movement of the rider’s ankles, knees, and upper body during riding and high impact landings, the Dual Molded Direct Impact foot bed was developed. The two part dual density molded design features an ultra-comfortable lower density upper layer with extra cushioning on the lateral (outer) side of your foot, with a denser, more supportive impact resistant layer on the medial (inner) side of the foot, guiding your knees outwards during high impact landings. This technology, common in running and athletic shoes, offers the best support and stability while minimizing the chances of fatigue and injury.
The variable angle adjustment strap works in conjunction with the directional grooving to keep your foot firmly in place. This, combined with the adjustable rubber molded tongue, enables you to fine-tune the Element to fit your specific foot shape and create the ultimate connection to the board.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to make sure what you ordered from Force Kite & Wake is right for you. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange it for the right size. Your choice. We will return/refund the full amount you paid less the shipping & 15% restocking fee. Some exceptions apply.
Since we will be reselling what you returned, the product needs to be new and with the original tags or packaging. You are responsible for return shipping and any damage that might occur on the way back. Pack it with LOVE like we do.

Important Qualifiers
ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories.
Do not mark or deface the original manufacturer containers in any manner.
Refunds will only be made via the method in which the order was paid.
We strongly suggest sending returns insured for the full value and with a tracking number to insure a full and prompt refund.
If merchandise is damaged due to improper packing or packaging, refund or exchange may not be given per Force Kite & Wake's discretion.
All shipping charges will be refunded for product shipped in our error.
Returned items that were shipped with a free shipping promotion will be credited less the original shipping cost.
When will I receive my refund?
Credits will be issued after we receive, inspect and process your return, which can take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. Credit card refunds can take up to 72 hours to reflect on your bank statement.
Defective product issues should be taken up with the manufacturer, but we are happy to provide you with their contact information. In most cases, a company will replace a product if there is a defect. Force Kite & Wake does not provide any sort of a warranty on the everyday wear and tear associated with the use of the kite and board products and clothing we sell.
