This package is built to shorten the steep initial learning curve that wing foiling is known for. Just like our private lesson progression, we like to first get students on our LTF board with the rear and center fin setup to work on wing handling before involving the hydrofoil. Once we start seeing some good control with the wing and positioning of the board, we'll attach the foil and start working on flying!

With Slingshot's One-Lock foil system, assembly has never been easier. Once your track hardware is in place, it takes no more than a minute to have the foil ready on the board. All other foil systems require tools and screws to secure everything, taking up 5-10 minutes of your time every time you assemble or disassemble, and need consistent cleaning to minimize corrosion. Neither of those are an issue with the One-Lock.

With Cabrinha's Vision wing, designed for ease of use and high-visibility with its dihedral frame and well placed canopy windows, this is our favorite wing for beginners. It's a high-performer too, providing stability while wave-riding and boosting into the air, the Vision will not hold you back from progressing in whatever direction you want to take this sport.

While the LTF is surely a board you will outgrow, it's perfect for introducing the sport to friends and family in the least intimidating way. Start without the foil, and once you find some comfort on the board, swap the fins out for the foil and continue making baby steps to build confidence and keep progressing!
